Raiffeisen has been present in Bosnia and Herzegovina since 2000, when it acquired Market Banka. At the end of 2018, Raiffeisen BANK dd Bosna i Hercegovina operated through 102 business outlets, had around 430,000 clients and continually introduced innovative products and services tailored to the needs of its customers, e.g. “m-plati”. This service enables customer to make fast and secure payments via their mobile phones without the need for carrying any cash or cards.
Meeting rising customer expectations, Raiffeisen BANK expanded its offer through digital communication and business channels. For instance, customers can now apply online for credit or debit cards as well as personal loans with cost benefits and simplified processes.
Raiffeisen BANK reinforces its status as all-finance institution with its subsidiaries Raiffeisen INVEST, Raiffeisen CAPITAL, Raiffeisen LEASING and Raiffeisen ASSISTANCE. The bank is considered a leader in innovation among the local banks and regularly implements new products and services for its customers via the most attractive channels. In 2018, Raiffeisen BANK was selected as “Best Bank in Bosnia and Herzegovina” by Euromoney and EMEA Finance magazines and as “The Best Digital Bank in B&H” by Global Finance magazine. The same publication chose it as “Best Bank in the country 2019”.
