DECISION ON THE FEE FOR THE ELECTRICITY PRODUCTION FROM OIEiEK
The Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, at today’s urgent, telephonically held session, adopted the Decision on fixing the unit amount of the fee for the promotion of electricity production from renewable energy sources and efficient cogeneration (OIEiEK) for the second and third quarter of 2020, in the amount of KM 0.002555 / kWh, excluding VAT.
This fee is paid by all final customers of electricity in the Federation of BiH and is shown as a separate item in the electricity bills.
Funds raised on a fee basis are revenues of the OIEiEK Operator and he uses them to pay the incentive part from the guaranteed price for the electricity produced by the privileged producers, to cover (finance) the costs of his work and for the costs of balancing the electricity system resulting from deviations in the values of planned and produced quantities. electricity from the OIEiEK plant.
COURSE FOR THE CALCULATION AND PAYMENT OF MONTHLY EXISTENTIAL FEE
The Federal Government has established a coefficient of 1.00 (one) to calculate and pay monthly cash subsistence allowance for demobilized veterans and their families for the period January – March (first quarter) 2020 as part of transfers to implement the Law on the Rights of Demobilized Veterans and their Members family, as set out in this year’s FBiH Budget.
Based on this coefficient and the amount determined in Article 22, paragraph (1) of the Law on the Rights of Demobilized Veterans and Members of Their Families, the amount of this monthly financial compensation will be determined.
The established coefficient will be applied for the period January – March 2020, in accordance with the available resources of the FBiH Budget for 2020.
