He was able to defeat the Crusaders’ army of 63,000 fighters with an army of only 12,000 fighters, killing 30,000 of them and capturing 30,000, in addition to capturing the king of the Kingdom of Beit Al-Maqdis “Guy de Lusignan” and the emir of the Karak fortress “Arnat”.

Salah al-Din is not an Arab, but a Kurd, born in Tikrit in Iraq. Saladin’s military strength was not equal to the strength of the Crusaders in any battle that took place between them at all. Rather, they were always twice as large as his army, and despite that, they were defeated by an evil defeat by the sincerity of his faith.

Salah al-Din struggled for 12 whole years to unite the Levant after the kingdom of the Mujahid Sultan “Nur al-Din” was torn apart after his death, so that every city became a state, then he devoted himself to his main battles with the Crusaders.
