Slovenian ski jumper Anže Lanišek achieved the best result in the qualifications of Innsbruck, the third stop of the New Year’s tour…
…of four ski jumps.
New spectacular jump: The wonderful Slovenian flew 134 meters
After winning on Monday in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Lanišek continues his good performances on the New Year’s tour.
In the Innsbruck qualifiers, he was convincingly the best with a jump of 134 meters, winning 130.1 points.

Austrian Stefan Kraft was second with a short jump of 9.5 meters, receiving 127.1 points. The third was the Japanese Ryoyu Kobayashi with a jump of 129 meters and 122.2 points.
The competition at the third stop of the New Year’s tour is scheduled for Wednesday starting at 1:30 p.m. After the competition in Oberstdorf and Garmisch-Partenkirchen, German Andreas Wellinger is in the lead with 600.7 points ahead of Kobayashi (598.9) and Kraft (575.5).
After Innsbruck, the New Year’s Tour of Four Ski Jumps moves to Bischofshofen, where the last competition is on January 6.
