The government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina at the session, and on the occasion of the 1. march – Day of independence of Bosnia and Herzegovina, 2. march 2020. year declared non-working day in the Federation of BiH.
So, on this day, state authorities, companies and other legal persons in the Federation of BiH will not work.
As stated in the explanation of this decision, the Law on the declaration of 1. march the Day of independence of BiH stipulates that he is celebrated for one day and on the holiday itself.
Given that this calendar year is 1. March falls on a Sunday, and given the importance of this public holiday, the FBiH government decided that the next business day was declared non-working in the Bosnian Federation, it was reported.
