Podgorica, (MINA) – The region with the highest number of coronavirus infected persons registered in Slovenia is in the region, with Serbia in second place.
In Slovenia, 543 were infected per million inhabitants, and in Serbia 408 were infected per million inhabitants.
Montenegro ranks third with 400 infected per million population, followed by Croatia with 345 infected per million, Northern Macedonia with 319 patients per million population, Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) with 241 infected per million and Albania with 142 infected per million population .
The number of infected people is expressed per million population for better comparison.
In terms of the number of infected persons, the highest mortality rate in Albania is 5.38 percent, then in Northern Macedonia 4.52, BiH 4.16, Slovenia 3.83.
The death rate in Serbia is 2.3, Croatia 1.42 and Montenegro 0.79 percent.
The highest number of people tested per million population in Slovenia is 15,222 per million population, in second place is Montenegro with 3,962, and in third place is Croatia with 3,361.
In fourth place is Northern Macedonia with 3,174 tested per million population, BiH 2,384 and Serbia with 1,774 tested per million population.
