I know that “buying hands” is characteristic of you and that you also do it within your party, said Bilsena Šahman early this morning at the session of the Sarajevo Canton Assembly, addressing the SDP representatives.
– I was aware of that and present some things when you elected your cantonal president – said Shahman.
She also announced that she was offered a hand in the Assembly in order to preserve the Government headed by Edin Fort to manage the entire health care in the Sarajevo Canton.
What exactly does Shahman talk about when it comes to “buying hands” during the election of the president of the SDP, and what, as she says, she did not explain. But it can be inferred that this refers to possible abuses of public companies and budget money in order to secure the position of the party president in the SDP Sarajevo.
The last elections for the president of the SDP Sarajevo were held in September last year, and Damir Masic won. His opponent was Irfan Cengic.
However, what Shahman is talking about could also refer to the appointment of Enver Zornić as the director of Toplan Sarajevo, which was actually Mašić’s choice. In this way, Masic allegedly secured support within the party. Factor has already written about it.
After the claims of Bilsena Šahman, MP Igor Stojanović (SDP) said that he did not know about such a thing and that he would not protect anyone in case there was crime within the SDP. He asked her if she had any evidence and why she had not said so before.
