ABOUT INVISIBLE THREADS
In his first feature documentary since TOWER TO THE PEOPLE – Tesla’s Dream at Wardenclyffe Continues, award-winning filmmaker/researcher Joseph Sikorski delves into a rare part of local history that had world-changing consequences. INVISIBLE THREADS – From Wireless to War explores the early innovation of wireless technology on the eve of WWI that connected Nikola Tesla and Guglielmo Marconi to a shadowy wireless station in West Sayville, NY, called Telefunken. Although the film focuses on Telefunken, Tesla’s legal battle with Marconi, as well as his financial and personal struggles during a divided time, are all integral parts of the film.
